Easy Day Foundation’s “Power Slap 10 Vegas Giveaway” Program Terms and Conditions:
  1.  Program Description:
    • No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. Purchase or payment will not improve your chances of winning. Void where prohibited by law.
    • The EDF Power Slap 10 Vegas Giveaway (the “Program”) is for:
      1. Two (2) Gold Experience Tickets to Power Slap 10 in Las Vegas
        1. Access to Power Slap 10, Dec. 6 2024 at Fontainebleau Las Vegas
        2. Reserved 2nd Row Seating
        3. All-inclusive hospitality with food and beverage
        4. Photo opportunity with Power Slap Girls
        5. Power Slap Lanyard and Credential
        6. Power Slap 10 Merchandise
        7. On site concierge
      2. VIP Stay at Durango Casino & Resort
        1. 2-night stay in Resort Mountain View Room
        2. Round trip ground transportation from Las Vegas residence or airport and round trip ground transportation to and from Fontainebleau for Power Slap event.
        3. Butler service for in-room stay
    • The total approximate retail value of all prizes to be awarded in this Program is $2,890.
  2. Eligibility:
    • The Program is open to legal residents of the United States (“U.S.”), aged 21 years or older at the time of entry.
    • Current team members of Easy Day Foundation, Power Slap and their immediate family members and members in their household are NOT ELIGIBLE to participate in this Program.
  3. Entry Period:
    • Entries for the Program will begin at 9:00AM PST on Tuesday, November 12, 2024 and ends at 11:59PM PST on Tuesday, November 26, 2024 (the “Entry Period”).
  4. Method of Entry:
  • To enter, participants must
    1. Follow the official Instagram account of: Easy Day Foundation (@easydayfoundation)
    2. Fill out the entry form on easyday.org/powerslap10raffle and receive the confirmation message. Data and message rates may apply.
    3. Participants can enter with a suggested $10 donation per entry, up to ten times, but no purchase is necessary to win. See below on how to enter for free by mail.
    • You must provide basic contact information including full name, full address, date of birth, and phone number, Instagram handle, email address. You understand by providing this information, you are giving permission to Easy Day Foundation to use this information to contact you. Please see Easy Day Foundation’s privacy policy located https://easyday.org/privacy-policy/ for additional details.
    • To enter by mail, on a postcard, hand print (a) your actual first and last name and residential address (as they appear on your driver’s license or governmental identification) (no P.O. boxes), daytime telephone number and then mail to “EDF Power Slap 10 Giveaway”, c/o Easy Day Foundation, 10801 W. Charleston Blvd., Suite 600, Las Vegas, NV 89135. Entry must be legible and completed in full to be valid. Machine duplicated or reproduced entries will not be accepted. Only one (1) individual’s name may be on an entry. By submitting the entry as detailed herein and subject to the entry limitations described below, you will receive one (1) entry in the Program for each postcard received on time. All mail-in entries become property of Easy Day Foundation and will not be acknowledged or returned. ALL MAIL-IN ENTRIES MUST BE POSTMARKED BY 11/19/24 AND RECEIVED BY 11/22/24.
    • For purposes of this Program, an entry is “received” online when the Easy Day Foundation’s server records the entry information.  Proof of sending (such as an automated computer receipt confirming entry or “thanks for entering” message) does not constitute proof of actual receipt of an entry for purposes of this Program.  Illegible and/or incomplete entries and entries submitted by participants who do not meet the eligibility requirements (including all requirements with respect to age and residence) are void.  Those who do not follow all of the instructions, provide the required information in their Mail-In Entry, or abide by these Terms and Conditions or other instructions of Easy Day Foundation may be disqualified.
    • Limit ten (10) entries per person.  Excess submissions will be void and removed from the pool of entries.
    • Any individual who attempts or otherwise encourages, directly or indirectly, the entry of multiple or false contact information under multiple identities or uses any device or artifice to enter or encourage, directly or indirectly, multiple or false entries, as determined by Easy Day Foundation, will be disqualified.
  2. Winner Selection:
    • The winner(s) will be selected at random using a random number selection app based on the entry number assigned to each individual entry.
    • Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received.
  3. Winner Notification:
  • The winner(s) will be notified via email within 7 days after the Program ends.
  • The winners must respond within 3 days to claim the prize.

    • Prizes are non-transferable, non-assignable and cannot be exchanged (for cash or other products/services), substituted, gifted or sold. Winner will not be compensated if he or she is not able to redeem his/her prize for any reason.
    • Prizes are only for what is stated herein.  Airfare is not included.
    • Any and all applicable taxes relating to the winning of any of the prizes is the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner may receive an IRS income tax reporting form (i.e., W2G or 1099) as applicable and winnings may be subject to certain withholding. Social Security number is required, per IRS, to be provided at the time winner responds to claim a prize (refer to http://www.irs.gov/ for details).
  2. Publicity Release:
    • By entering the Program, winners and/or participants agree to participate in publicity with Easy Day Foundation, Durango casino & Resort, and Power Slap, and agree his or her name and likeness will be used for promotional purposes without additional notice or compensation.
  3. Privacy:
    • Any personal information collected from participants will be used for the purpose of administering the Program and in accordance with the privacy policy referenced above.  No personal information collected from participants will be disclosed to any third party without the participant’s consent.
  4. General Rules:
  • Easy Day Foundation reserves the right to cancel the Program for reasons out of its control, change or modify the rules and/or Program without notice, for any or no reason, in its sole and absolute discretion.
    • By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, any prize terms and conditions, and the decisions of Easy Day Foundation which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Program.
    • Visit www.easyday.org/powerslap10raffle for official rules and details and enter all the information on the form.
    • The winner must sign all applicable forms and documents provided by Easy Day Foundation management.
    • Participants are responsible for ensuring entries are received timely, all information requested on entry is completed fully and accurately, emails are set to accept notifications from noreply@easyday.org and for timely checking their email to verify if they are a winner.
    • Easy Day Foundation is not responsible for any issues related to accessing the website to enter the  Program including but not limited to internet, data or phone line technical difficulties.
    • Winner is solely responsible for all other expenses in order to redeem his or her prize including but not limited to airfare and incidentals.
    • If necessary, due to unavailability of a prize for any reason, a prize of comparable value may be awarded at the sole discretion of the Easy Day Foundation. Prizes may not be sold, bartered or exchanged by winners. Prizes are provided “as is” and without any warranty of any kind.
    • Prizes not claimed by the deadline will be void and not awarded to anyone.
    • All disputes will be resolved by Easy Day Foundation in its sole and absolute discretion and Easy Day Foundation’s decisions shall be absolute, final and binding on all participants in this Program.
    • Easy Day Foundation, in conjunction with Power Slap, Durango Casino & Resort and any of its affiliated companies, may exclude or disqualify anyone from participating in this  Program for any or no reason, at its sole and absolute discretion.
  2. Release and Limitations of Liability:
    • Easy Day Foundation is not responsible for: (a) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by participants or printing errors; (b) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Program; (c) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to, malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in network hardware or software; (d) lost, delayed, misdirected, or damaged entries; or (e) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participation in the giveaway or receipt or use of any prize.
  3. Governing Law:
    • The Program and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Nevada without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
